The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool and spa heat is optional and is charged at £85 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £60. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer two of payment methods, cheque and bank transfer. A security deposit of £200 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
Low Season (Jan/Feb/March/November/December - £570 per week
Mid Season (April/May/September/October) - £590 per week
High Season (June/July/August) - £680 per week
High Season (Easter/Xmas/New Year) - £750 per week
