What is the maximum number of people allowed in the Villa?
The villa holds 10 people in 5 bedrooms comfortably, plus a baby in a cot/crib.
What are the rules on Smoking and keeping pets?
For the comfort and safety of all guests who stay in the villa, smoking is strictly prohibited. The villa is fitted with smoke detectors that are directly linked to our security company. No pets are to be kept within the villa either.
How far away are the main attractions?
The villa is only 15 miles away from Disney Land. Sea World and Universal are 20 and 30 minutes away respectively. This is one of the reasons that this area is so popular. Have a look at the local attractions page for more information.
Which direction does the pool face?
The pool faces south which means it is under direct sunlight throughout the day.
How do we find the property and gain entry?
Directions and a keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before your arrival.
Will we need to provide our own bed linen and towels etc.?
No. The villa is fully equipped for all your usual holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided. A small supply of washing power, dish washer powder, toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top up when neccessary.
Do you have any facilities for small children?
The villa is well equipped for small children. There is also an optional safety fence that can be erected around the pool to prevent any children from entering the pool area.
What entertainment is provided?
For young children there are a selection of toys, games, playstation 2's(with games) in each twin bedroom and DvDs. Not forgetting cable tvs in all bedrooms which feature numerous childrens programmes. The villa also features a games room which includes pool, air hockey and darts.
Is the pool heated?
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).
Are there any stores nearby?
There is a wallgreens supermarket, pharmacy, bakery,burger takeaway and pizza store near the community, with bank, post office, hairdressers, and more take-away food outlets nearby. The villa is minutes from a 24 hour Walmart supermarket. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 20 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc.). In addition there are a wide variety of stores on Highway 192.
Are there any medical services nearby?
Yes. The local Walmart has a walk in pharmacy with free medical advice.
What services are provided?
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
What if your villa is not available or I require additional accomodation?
We have access to similar quality housing within the Marbella resort and will happily direct you to the owners.
