If you wish to book, please complete the on-line booking form and we will reply promptly. Bookings of less than one week are by agreement only and discounts are available for bookings of 21 days or more. Bookings are held for 3 working days until receipt of deposit (£150 per week). The final balance plus a security deposit of £200 is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Swimming pool heating (recommended October - May) is an optional additional cost (£85 per week). Bookings of 5 days or less incur a cleaning surcharge of £60. We offer two payment methods, cheque or bank transfer only.
